SHIPPING AND RETURNS

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping for all orders within India is Free. For all international orders from outside India, are charged INR 3000 per kg (approx. USD 40), and orders above INR 40,000 (approx. USD 540) are shipped free.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?

It takes about 4-7 days for domestic orders and 15-20 days for international orders to reach you. We ship orders within 1-2 days

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by customer, it can not be estimated by us before or after placing and order with us. Also we can not assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, its totally not under our control.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please call us on +91 9899454753 or write to us at lopsideclothing@gmail.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?
For orders in India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
If we are unable to fulfil the order in 20 days due to any reasons, it shall be cancelled.

CANCELLATION
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Lopside Clothing and accept Lopside Clothing's decision regarding the cancellation.

CANCELLATION BY LOPSIDE CLOTHING
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

COURIER
Delivery takes 6-8 business days. Delivery time excludes payment verification & administrative processes.
Item is mailed out within 72 hours upon payment verification excludes weekends & public holidays.
Delivery is trackable and 100% insured.
Customer or addressee (anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
If no one is at home/office to receive it, a redelivery will be attempted up to 2 more times. You will be contacted by the courier company for a suitable time for redelivery.
As soon as the order is shipped, we will send a detailed message with name of courier company and tracking number, it's customers duty to follow up with the courier company after that, we can just help them with exact status of order along with its location.


MAILING HOURS
Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 10.00am to 5.00pm, Monday - Friday (exclusive of Public Holidays).

CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES

What is the Exchange policy on Lopside Clothing ?
As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Once the Lopside Clothing products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size for garments (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met).


If the product is eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at lopsideclothing@gmail.com strictly within 48 hours of delivery to request exchange for exchange.


Once acknowledged by the team, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have reverse pickup facility. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Lopside Clothing will not be responsible for any lost shipment.


We do only size exchange once for all orders in the case of garments, items once sold are not taken back.


The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (We do not have reverse pick up facility ), as any returned items that is not received by Lopside Clothing will be treated as not returned.

1. Purchase made during SALE are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange.
2. Exchange can be done within 7 days for the date of delivery.
3. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
4. Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
5. Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size.
The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of order. Please call us on +91 9899454753 or write to us at lopsideclothing@gmail.com to request a cancellation.

Can I exchange a part of my order?
Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.


My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you to buy something else.

Why my exchange is not accepted?
We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
 

  • Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.

  • Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in color, finish and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.

  • 10-12% Color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

  • Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.

  • All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.

  • No exchange or return for Accessories.

  • (Exchanges should be done within a week of delivery)
